Capabilities

Manufacturing and production capabilities

From embroidery development to woven and jacquard fabrics, we take designs from sampling through bulk production with care at every stage.

A considered production journey

Designer fabrics depend on many small decisions — the right base, the right thread, the right density of embellishment. Our process is designed to make those decisions visible to you early, through samples and strike-offs, so bulk production matches what you approved.

Capacity, lead times and minimum quantities vary by design and technique. They are always confirmed with your quotation rather than promised in advance.

What we can develop

  • Embroidery

Zardozi, dabka, aari, thread work, sequin and gota patti on a range of bases.

  • Embellishment

Cut-dana, pearls, beads, crystals and tassel detailing.

  • Woven fabrics

Zari brocades, buta weaves and Banarasi-inspired designs.

  • Jacquards

Damask florals and geometric patterns woven into the cloth.

  • Silk & base fabrics

Chinon, georgette, organza, net, crepe, velvet, chanderi and silk-feel bases.

  • Tissue

Metallic, crushed and zari tissues for festive collections.
